Lindsey Pearson is the CEO & Founder of Do You Mind{Fully}?
DYMF is a holistic wellness company utilizing Mindfulness Meditation, Yoga and other time-tested practices. The company aim of reducing stress and improving overall health is largely focused on Corporate Wellness programs, as well as select private coaching and workshops. The approach is evidence-based and relatable, with a heavy dose of humor.
As the founder, Lindsey is a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction teacher (MBSR) and is a Certified Workplace Facilitator from Mindful Leader. She is RYT 200-Certified from the Kripalu Yoga and Ayurveda Association and is a yoga4cancer-trained teacher. In 2021, Lindsey published The Distraction Detox: A Self-Care Workbook.
Lindsey has also been a featured keynote speaker, panel moderator and podcast guest.
